It's a heat wave!! - in New Zild!

So this is the current weather conditions in Wellington according to Google (Tuesday 18 Jan 2011).

I am not even being a little bit sarcastic when I say we are having a heat wave! It is completely clouded over and raining. When you walk out the office you hit a wall of sticky, icky heat. Yuck! I can't seem to get enough air in my apartment and I am hot - yes, that is actually me, the South African who spent the better part of last year shivering and complaining about the cold, saying turn the freaking air-con up! - I am considering investing in a fan.

"Eggless" Recipes

In my bid to find fabulous recipes so that I can try out my new baking goodies, I came across an "eggless" healthy eating site...

Hmmmm, don't think my brother would appreciate me feeding him this! An eggless recipe that requires 3 eggs.

I have also come across recipes that are advertised as "eggless" for vegans and people with allergies, but they call for a certain powder that you can buy at the supermarket called an egg replacer. Unfortunately the main ingredient in this so called "egg replacer" is, agm, egg. Oops, Fail!
